John Broderick, the Acting President of Old Dominion University (ODU), is focused on promoting diversity in the campus. Since he took on the responsibility for admissions operation, the number of minority student enrollment in the University significantly increased. In an effort to make ODU more accessible to the African-American community, Mr. Broderick
has made it a priority to continue highlighting the achievements
of African-American students and faculty via a regular advertorial page
in the New Journal & Guide.
